Colossians 3:9,10

As we seek GOD, to be created In His Image, to be made new creatures in Christ, we want to make a complete change. The inner man, the human part of us that makes us unique begins to be changed when we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord, Savior, and Master. But the outer man, the physical shell stays the same. So we, a group of Christians, have decided to do something about it. We are going to combine Body, Soul and Spirit and study the word of God, to show ourselves approved, and seek the face of GOD to learn HIS will, and to change the temple that the Holy Spirit dwells in, making it truly a temple that will please GOD.

As children of the MOST HIGH GOD, we are told to abstain from all forms of evil, to not be in communion with that which is unholy, lest it destroy us. But we do not watch what we eat, drink, or partake of in our nutritional habits. New wine should not go into old bottles, so we should change these old bottles, these containers. We can do this together, as a group, praying, lifting each other up, holding each other accountable, to be strong in unity.

How? By Bible study, devotional times, keeping a journal, exercising, and using various weight-loss help books. If you decide to become a member of the HisImage e-mail list, you will use a daily journal print out, nutritional tips, recipes, and much more.

God has told us that there will be a battle, and a soldier must be ready to fight, he(she) must be in good shape, trained, prepared. If you would like to be one of those warriors, to be prepared, then join us as we study, learn, and, most importantly, allow the MASTER to remold these vessels, and create us In His Image.
